Deposit and cancellation policy:
40% Deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance should be paid before arrival of stay.
Cancellation within 7 days of date of expected arrival - forfeit a 100% of the deposit.
Cancellation within 14 days of date of expected arrival - forfeit 80% of the deposit.
Cancellation within 30 days of date of arrival - a service charge will apply.
